About
Cody Duke Anderson grew up in Carpinteria, CA and received his musical education at Santa Barbara City College, the University of California, Davis, and the Berklee College of Music. A French horn player, Cody performs in and conducts multiple musical ensembles in the Santa Barbara area, including the Santa Barbara City College Trombone Choir, Santa Barbara Society Flute Ensemble, the Los Padres Horn Sound horn quartet, the Santa Barbara City College Symphony and Santa Barbara City College Concert Band. In addition to being an active conductor and performer, Cody regularly composes and arranges music for these ensembles. He has arranged over 40 pieces for the SBCC Trombone Choir including the entirety of Dvorak's "New World Symphony" along with a number of popular soundtracks and classical works and his own original piece "Tromboverture".
